Goodway's cassava starch production line adopts the wet processing technology of starch production without adding any additives. The whole process has mature technology, advanced equipment, scientific configuration, and reasonable technology. The starch production process is designed according to six stages: cleaning, crushing, screening, concentration, refining, dehydration, and drying. Especially in the crushing and screening section, Goodway potato industry-curved net extrusion pulverizer is adopted. Through the unique process of multi-stage crushing, multi-stage filtering and multi-stage extrusion, the crushed and filtered Pueraria lobata is silky, which has the advantages of low energy consumption, high starch extraction rate and good starch quality, and improves the production efficiency and starch extraction rate of the production line.

Applicable objects and characteristics:

It is suitable for medium-sized and large-scale starch processing factories and customers with cassava as raw material. The process can run automatically from cleaning, crushing, starch extraction, fine filtration, sand removal, concentration, refining, dehydration and drying of raw materials. The product has a large processing capacity and short production cycles. It only takes more than ten minutes for raw materials to be cleaned and finished products. It effectively avoids oxidative browning and secondary pollution of dust and microorganism caused by long-time exposure of raw materials to air and improves production efficiency and product quality.

Water Supply Requirements: Water Consumption: 2-3 tons per ton of fresh cassava
